• Messages sent through our contact form or by email are inquiries, not orders. No payment is collected through this website.
• Before any order is placed, we confirm availability, pricing, applicable taxes, delivery or pickup options and timing in writing by email.
• An order becomes binding only after you confirm it by email and we accept it. Any additional terms for a specific order, such as deposits or cancellation conditions for custom event batches, will be explained to you before you confirm.
• Flavor availability changes with the seasons, and we may decline requests we cannot fulfill safely or on time.

4. Product information, allergens and safety

We work hard to keep flavor descriptions, ingredient lists and allergen information accurate, but recipes and suppliers can change. Always read the label on the package before eating our products, as it contains the most current ingredient and allergen information. Our kitchen handles milk and sesame, and products are made on shared equipment.

Because our candies are made by hand, they vary in color, shape and size from batch to batch, and photos on this website are for illustration. Hard candies and lollipops are a choking hazard and are not recommended for children under 4. Always supervise children while they eat candy.
